RESULTS OF YEAR 2007-2009 ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PRIA COMELEC was composed of Mr. Richard Dy of Golden Wheel and Mr. Kim Miguel of EAC Industrial Ingredients. The program was emceed by Bia Ong and Dandy Calvez. Thank you for participating and congratulations for the job well done.

Congratulations also goes to the elected Board of Directors whose term of office will officially start during PRIA’s 28th Anniversary & Induction Ceremonies in June 2007. Mr. Kwan Ming Dee will represent DTI & PRIA in the Asean Rubber Product Standards Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in March and he will call a PRIA Board of Directors Meeting on the Election of Officers in April 2007.

The members and their office staff who attended the get-together were entertained by the Rules Bank and Umalahukan dance group performing the Filipino folk dances similar to our Bayanihan dance troupe. Raffle prizes were donated by Mr. Kwan Ming Dee of Titan Rubber, Charles Tiu of Paramount Vinyl, Pablito Chua of Philbelt, Marina Chua of Jonson, Josie Ladao of Kings Rubber, Kenneth Chua of Solid State Multi-products, Dang Sabanal of JJ Degussa, Basilisa Ho of MBH Trading. Around 14 members and office staff won the raffle prizes. Also, there was a surprise acoustic number by Joyce Mayo and Johan Chua, son of Johnny Chua. Everybody enjoyed the evening filled with entertainment and good food. We hope those who did not attend the membership get-together will attend the next general membership meeting.
