Wisanu Krua-ngam the Deputy Prime Minster of Thailand
asked the ministers to consider the 2 Royal Decrees: The
Royal Decree to establish an organization namely, Rubber
Authority of Thailand (RAOT) and the legislation of Rubber
Export Act.
