NR CONSUMPTION AND IMPORT
NR
consumption of China grew rapidly during the past few
years. In 2002 NR consumption of China was 1.40 million
tons. It is expected that in 2010 the consumption of China
will be 2.00 million tons.
As
the local production is not enough for the national consumption,
a huge volume will, therefore be imported annually. It
is feared that this will cause a shortfall in large volume
in China.
